Terms and Conditions
1. Application
These terms and conditions apply to all goods supplied by Broadstone UK Ltd trading as Crystal healing Tools of 29 Kells Meend, Berry Hill, Gloucestershire. GL16 7AD (“us” or “we”) to the customer (“you”) named on the catalogue or web-site order form. The order form and these conditions form the only legally binding agreement between us and are concluded by our delivery of the goods to you.
2. Price and payments
2.1 The price you pay is as shown in our current catalogue or web-site at the time of order together with any (VAT, carriage and insurance ) indicated on the order form.
2.2 Your order will only be accepted if accompanied by payment in full (including VAT carriage and insurance).
2.3 Credit accounts are subject to full payment within 15 days of invoice. Interest of 4% (Four Percent) together with recover costs for the period of due date of payment till date of receipt of payment will be levied on overdue accounts. We may suspend facilities where accounts are in default.
2.4 Delivery charges apply to all goods ordered on this website.
2.5 We accept payment by Google Checkout and credit card via our Google Checkout facility.
2.6 Payments can be accepted over the phone by credit card or cheque by post. However, due to some of our goods being unique and ‘one-offs’ we will sell these items to the first person who pays for these in full. We will wait until payments are cleared if paid by credit card or cheque.
2.7 Payments are to be made in Pounds Sterling (£) made payable to Broadstone UK LTD, 29 Kells Meend, Berry Hill, Gloucestershire. GL16 7AD
3. Delivery
3.1 Unless you instruct us otherwise we will deliver to the address shown on the order form (against a signed receipt for the goods ). If you have not received goods within 14 days of order please notify us.
3.2 Where the supply and delivery of goods to persons under 18 is restricted you confirm that you are over the age of 18 years and that delivery will only be made to a person over the age of 18 years.
3.3 Orders are dispatched either by Royal mail, international airmail or courier service. Couriers will require a signature.
4. Title
4.1 Legal title to the goods will pass to you immediately prior to despatch of the goods.
5. Stocks
5.1 We endeavour to keep www.crystalhealingtools.com up to date as possible but cannot guarantee that any particular product will always be available. If we can't supply a product you will not be charged for it and we will refund or re-credit your account with the amount debited by us.
5.2 All offers are available while stocks last. If we are unable to supply a product you have ordered, we will notify you as soon as we can after receiving your order. If this happens, you may cancel your order and we will give you a refund.
5.3 we will in all cases contact you for permission to substitute an item not in stock. You do not have to accept substitution of goods.
6. Cancellation and Return of Goods
6.1 You are entitled without giving a reason to cancel your order if you do so by fax e-mail or post to the address above providing you do so within 21 days of receipt of the goods by you.
6.2 If there is a problem with the goods please tell us when you cancel.
6.3 Unless the goods were wrongly supplied or substituted by us or are faulty you are responsible for the costs of return, we are responsible in all other cases. In any event we will be happy to arrange a suitable carrier.
6.4 Cancellation of goods must be done in writing within 21 days of receipt of goods
7. Limitation of Liability
7.1 This provision does not affect your statutory rights nor does it limit our liability for death personal injury or fraudulent misrepresentation resulting from our negligence.
7.2 Otherwise if you notify us of shortage damage or defect in the goods or advise us of non-delivery we will (as you direct) either repair or replace such goods or refund (together with carriage) the amount paid by you.
7.3 We will have no other liability except as set out above and in particular will not be liable to compensate you for disappointment inconvenience loss of profits any indirect or consequential loss or damage whatsoever or howsoever occurring.
8. Termination
8.1 If you fail to honour your obligations under the contract or if you are an account holder – become bankrupt or insolvent we may terminate our contract by written notice to you and at our option suspend further deliveries. In such event any monies which you owe us will become immediately repayable.
9. Unforeseen Circumstances
9.1 We shall not be liable to you for any failure by us to supply or deliver goods to you or in respect of any damage or defect to goods caused by any event or circumstance beyond our reasonable control.
10. Goods
10.1 Although every attempt has been made to accurately portray our products with photographs and descriptions; all crystals are unique and may differ slightly in colour, size or shape from the illustration shown. If you are not happy with an item you ordered please return it to us in the same condition that you received it, within 21 days of receipt for a full refund.
11. Copyright
11.1 Broadstone UK Ltd trading as crystalhealingtools does not give you any right or interest in any copyright or intellectual property rights in any product nor the right to copy them.
11.2 All Copyright extends to the software, programming, design, look and feel of the crystalhealingtools website and including all photographs and marketing materials designed and printed by us.
12. Applicable Law
12.1 This contract shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
Our office is open 10am to 6pm (GMT/BST) Monday to Friday for queries about any of our products and credit card payments.
